Job Description:&nbsp;TheraTree, LLC is looking for an exemplary Registered Behavior Technician to work with the pediatric population in the outpatient, telehealth, school, and home health settings. Technicians promote and educate the public on the benefits and scope of practice of therapy.&nbsp;Clinician’s Purpose: To grow minds, bodies, and spirits holistically through effective and efficient therapeutic services so that children and families have a new access to happy, healthy, well balanced lives and have become an inspiration to the community for what is possible in life.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support TheraTree's mission of treating the whole child mind, body, and spirit.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform skilled therapeutic services as directed by supervising BCBA or BCaBA. Including: behavioral intervention, home education programs, data collection for reassessment of progress, re-evaluation, discharge, and consultation with clients and other professionals.</li><li>Maintain all necessary client documentation, confidentiality, personal medical records for Employer to comply with state regulations, service contracts, and confidentiality.</li><li>Produce a volume of work with a full-time caseload.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate and tracks supervision ensuring the minimum supervision is met for state licensure.</li><li>Educate the public on the scope and benefits of therapy services.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Motivated by targets and goals.</li><li>The ability to work in a physically active environment.</li><li>Desire to learn an advanced skill set.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education or related field preferred; High School Diploma or national equivalent will be considered commensurate upon experience.</li><li>Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with BACB </li><li class="ql-indent-1">Resources:&nbsp;<a href="https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/courses/rbt/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/courses/rbt/</a>&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;<a href="https://www.bacb.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/RBTHandbook_210212.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.bacb.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/RBTHandbook_210212.pdf</a>)</li><li>CPR &amp; First Aid certification.&nbsp;</li><li>Up to date Immunizations including documentation of TB skin test.&nbsp;</li><li>Pass background check.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul>
